Once I have paid my invoice, when do I get my receipt?

A copy of your receipt will be emailed through to yourself once payment has been collected. If you do not receive this, simply click on the invoice link again and it will appear for you to print.

I have lost my username and password to my control panel, What do I do?

Simply send an email to us at Hostmaster@1stdomains.co.uk from that domain name and a member of the team will reply back with your details.

What methods can I pay my bill with?

We accept various methods of payment. Credit / Debit card, Cheque and BACS / Online payment.

How can I ensure my services are automatically renewed?

Simply complete your online invoice with your card details and we will keep them on record for you. You can also contact a member of our team on 01689 875 777 where they can put them on record.

Do you offer remote assistance if I have a problem?

Yes. We have this in place in the event of a problem. There will be a minor fee for this though.
